About Us
NO Meat!! Carrots Please. was founded by Erin and Jordan because they were tired of the lack of vegetarian and animal liberation in Western New York. They wanted there to be a group that felt strongly about animal liberation. A group that would help western New York spread the message of animal rights.
"We wanted it to be easy for them to come to us with ideas, for them to come to us with demonstrations that they wanted to do. We want each and every persons views to be heard, to join up and take part. We wanted it to be easy for them to get together and meet people that have similar views as them, people with the same believes as theirs. We want to make and host more animal rights and liberation events. We want Western New York to fight and achieve liberation. Our goal is to educate Western New York on the subject of Animal Rights, Animal Cruelty Animal Testing, Fur and Vegetarianism. But we can't do it alone, we need all of your help."
NO Meat!! Carrots Please. has not been established long but they do have big plans for the future. In the next couple of months they have many demonstrations planned, such as one in October for Cruelty at KFC in Rochester and two egg demonstrations at two local Wegmans in Rochester and Brockport. They are also attempting to plan a concert as a way to get local people around to join up and meet on a more casual ground, once more information is released it will be announced in the events page. They would also like to have a Animal Rights speaker come and speak to spread some view on rights and so on with the local community. NO Meat!! Carrots please loves to hear from everyone, they have email located in the contact page were you can ask questions and just let them know what is on their mind, you should always feel free to drop a line.
Last we would like to say that we here at NO Meat!! Carrots Please feel that you do not have to be a vegetarian to be in the group. We except anyone who is up for the cause. There are really no requirements, anyone is welcome!! As long as you believe in the cause and are respectful to everyone, come on our and support the cause!!!

Hello there, My name is Jordan, I'm 20 years old and a vegan. I decided to become a vegan because I no longer wanted to depend on animals to fill my plate and I've never looked back. I am going to school to be a veterinarian. I would love to someday have my own vet's office that doubled as a shelter with pet adoption. I have two wonderful little bunnies, Sir Fidget Floppy Ears and Lady Lola Cotton Bottom. They are my babies, I know that that makes me a dork, but I do love them. In the words of my NO Meat!! Carrots Please. partner they are squishy and I love them. Erin and I created NO Meat!! Carrots Please. because we wanted to have the people of western New York have an easy way for them to gather and fight for the animal liberation that they believe in. It is my goal that Erin, the group and I make an impact on Western New York so that people will open their eyes and finally realize that the world is not going anywhere by wearing fur, testing on our animals, and eating their flesh. |
